The agreement between you and Branch Fit.

A marketplace. Coaches publish training, programs and one-on-one sessions; members subscribe to them or buy individually. We provide the platform and handle payment. We do not provide the coaching itself, and we do not supervise it.
You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

Training programs, nutrition estimates and anything else in the app are general fitness information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting a new program, particularly if you have a condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Exercise carries a risk of injury, and you take that risk on yourself. If something hurts, stop.
Nutrition estimates from a photo are estimates. They are produced by a model from a picture, they are frequently wrong, and they should not be relied on for a medical or dietary decision.
You set your prices. Branch Fit takes 10% of every sale — subscriptions, program purchases and paid sessions alike. Stripe charges a card processing fee of roughly 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, and that comes out of your 90%, not out of our 10%. What reaches you is the remainder, paid by Stripe directly to your bank on your own payout schedule.
You are responsible for your own taxes. You keep ownership of everything you upload, and you give us the licence we need to host it, show it to the people you have sold it to, and display it in the app. You confirm you have the right to everything you publish, including music in your videos.
You must be approved before you can charge. We may decline or withdraw approval.
A cancelled coaching session is refunded in full to the client. Branch Fit keeps none of its fee on a session that did not happen; the card processing fee, which Stripe does not return, is split evenly between Branch Fit and the coach.
We do not otherwise offer refunds on subscriptions or programs, except where the law requires it or where a creator fails to deliver what they advertised. If that happens, write to us.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where money is involved we will tell you why.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Doing so cancels any subscription you pay and cancels subscriptions other people pay to you, and refunds upcoming paid sessions. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or close the service entirely with reasonable notice.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for what creators publish or for the results of following a program. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Branch Fit after that means you accept the new version.
